How it works

Three steps to your first Battle

Set your goals once. Compete every day after that.

01The Battle Fitness quick-add menu, offering Log Food, Log Exercise, Log Water, Log Sleep and Log Custom

Log it in two taps

Food, exercise, water, sleep, or a goal you invented yourself. Two taps from anywhere in the app and it lands on today's score. AI food analyzer and barcode scanning included.

Watch your score build

Each goal is worth the amount of points you assign it, and you earn those points as you hit your goals. Watch your score climb daily and feel the progress in real-time.

Take it to a Battle

Challenge a friend to a set number of days, or race them to a target score. Let the fun of competition fuel your results while holding each other accountable. Put a prize on the line if you want to make it interesting.

Beyond the daily score

Built to keep you competing

Your own scoring

Rank the goals that matter to you and the app splits 50 points a day across them. Override any value you disagree with.

Partial credit

Half a goal earns half the points. Progress counts, not just the days you finish everything.

Streaks

Consecutive days hitting your score goal. Build the chain and watch it grow — break it and you start over.

Private by design

Opponents see your score and how it splits by category. Never the entries behind it — your meals, your weight, your sleep.

Battle Fitness is live on iPhone

Set your goals, split your 50 points across them, and challenge a friend. Android is what we're building next.

FAQ

A head-to-head competition against a friend. You agree on a length — a set number of days, or a race to a target score — and whoever has the most points at the end wins. You can put a prize on the line if you want the stakes.

You can battle the Battle Bot instead of a real person — all the competition, no partner required. Everything else works on your own too: set your goals, log your day, and build your score and your streak solo.

You choose the goals that matter to you and rank them, and the app splits 50 points a day across them. You can override any value. Then you earn partial credit as you go: if water is worth 8 points and your goal is 64oz, drinking 24oz banks 3 of them.

No. In a Battle your opponent sees your total score and how it breaks down by category — 11 of 17 points on strength, say. They never see the entries behind those numbers: your meals, your weight, your sleep and everything else you log stay yours.

No — that's the whole idea. You're each scored against your own targets, so someone training for a marathon and someone trying to sleep more can compete on even terms. Hitting your goals is what scores, not matching theirs.

Battle Fitness is a paid subscription, in monthly and annual plans, and it starts with a free trial. The price and the trial length are shown in the app before you buy, and you can cancel any time from your App Store or Google Play settings.

Not yet. Battle Fitness is live on the App Store for iPhone, and Android is the next thing we're building. We don't have a date to give you.
